Hello my witchy friends!  It has definitely been way to long.  Im sorry :(  I have been pretty busy with school and work and life itself.  Ok first of, school

School is awesome, im doing really well in my classes, all A's.  And i am done with my Beginning Massage Therapy class,  My Non traditional Therapy class, and right now am working on my Myofascial massage and deep tissue...Anyone interested? :)

Non traditional therapy was a blast!  I got to teach all my class mates about Reiki!  My teacher just told me to stand up and direct the class lol.  Reiki has been good too.  I know there is a class coming up next month for the third level but im not too sure im ready.  I will know when the time comes.  Im not in a rush either.  

Work is great too.  Things are really opening up and now we have a very popular and amazing High Priestess working and doing readings there.  The job has become pretty busy that past month or too, which is really good.  And...drum roll please... i moving into the apartment RIGHT above my work haha.  I know what all of you are thinking...im obsessed with my work and ....your right. ;)  But at least i know i will never be late to work.  

This is going to be the first time im moving out.  As soon as i move in ill take some pictures for you guys and we are going to have and herb area and a bunch of magical stuff included :D

And life has been well.  I am now in a group for the GLBT Pagans of Illinois.  The organization is still new and we are working on it but it is a blast.  Anyone interested let me know !

But again im sorry its been a while, i missed you guys tremendously.  I will be on more and sending some love to all!  Hope everyone has an AMAZING Lammas/Lughnasadh/New moon/Solar Eclipse haha wow.

Wow two blogs in ONE day?!  Huh? wah? peas and carrots peas and carrots? <-- from Will & Grace if you didnt catch that lol. I just wanted to share something that actually happened to me yesterday night.

Alright it has been incradible warm over here.  Humid but warm.  After these past couple of days everything has been weird and you can feel that the earth is charged a little bit after the constant thunder and lightening storms.  Last night i decided to take a night stroll.  I have seen the moon these past days and it was beautiful, which really motivated me.  So as you know when i go to walk i cast a moving circle around me that doesnt leave my energy field or aura.  After becoming attuned in Reiki you get a new spirit guide or healing guide to help you on your healing path.  I am getting used to him.  So after casting my circle i call my guides then the higher diety i use:  Gaia Bast and The Green Man.  I usually ask for protection as i walk because you can never have too much of that when your walking down streets at night when no one is around lol.

Another major reason i was doing this circle was because i wanted to see how this improvement in energy work affect my Craft.  If there was a difference or not.  There was.  Anyways i asked for guidence through my new path and help and praise that i was shown this way.  Usually there is a gust of wind or just a feeling but for some reason i didnt feel anything.  I kept on walking and thinking to myself.  I then tripped over my clumsy feet and noticed something in the grass hiding, it was a beautiful young cat.  i held my hand out and the cat immediately came to me.  I played and petted it and saw it as message from the higher beings, kind of like a sign.  If you have read my blogs cats are a big deal to me, especially random ones lol.  I got home with a big smile on my face knowing i wasnt alone in this.

Wow, what a month!  I have really been enjoying school!  New classes, new people, and a new learning system.  Massage here i come!  Right now i only have two classes 1) Massage Therapy 101 lecture and 2) Massage Lab.  Both are great.  I love how i went to two schools learning about the same thing because you get all those cracks and spaces filled that were once questions and uncertainty.  Tomorrow we are starting full body NAKED massage...eek.  Im ok with my body but i guess i just need to get used to my body being naked underneath a sheet which is then going to be exposed in different areas haha.  Oh well, i guess ill bite the bullet :P

I am, as of right now, at Level II Reiki.  The attunement for the class was truly life changing and right now my body is going through a healing process.  I have really just started everything but i can surely feel a change already.  If you guys know me im really not one just to imagine things and make up stories, i like proof and Reiki is more than enough proof that the energy healing is real.  

I got to meet my long lost AWESOME cousin Rachel!  Finally after 11+ years i finally got to spend some time with her.  Man i was nervous.  For those of you who dont know she is a Wiccan High Priestess in Florida, a Massage Therapist, AND a Reiki Master.  She also teaches multiple classes and lessons in the Craft.  I spent my whole day with her and learned SO much.  Because of her i can really see things the way they are.  I wish she could be here in Chicago more often but next time she comes down we can chat and learn more :P  Im thinking about looking into crystals more because of her PLUS she is a great motivator for my path through Reiki.  

Jeez what else... Work is good, im REALLY enjoying that.  The only thing i dislike are the crazy people coming in saying we are going to hell blah blah or that we are evil...other than that things are peachy lol.  Its been tornado/storm crazy over here too!  Seriously im expecting to one day be riding my bike and float away looking just like the witch in the Wizard of Oz! lol

Alright my little witcheys Have a GREAT day and a BLESSED week!  Hope you guys and gals are excited for the summer solstice or MIDSUMMER!!!!  I know i am, i will be working an event for pagans all over.  A group of new age shops huddle around and sell their stuff and we will be having circles and stuff.  If your interested and live in Chicago let me know :D

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey guys!  

Alrighty so i have a couple things i wanted to talk about :D  Friday i went to my New Age shop and Rosina (practically the head High Priestess of Chicago) was doing a class.  The class was a crystal scrying 101 kinda thing.  I was super excited because i do have a crystal ball and a book on how to scry but it so much better to me when you explain things in person.  So i was there and it was amazing i delved into my crystal and actually saw alot of things.  I was worried because Rosina said she was going to take us one by one into the room and ask what we saw.  Im thinking to myself CRAP!  What if i dont see anything?!  This class is going to be so bad!  well there wasnt too many people so we did it all together and surprising enough I saw plenty.  And before i asked a question i saw a couple random images which didnt make sense and first but as the couple days unraveled i saw them EVERYWHERE!  It was pretty neat :)  Im seriously considering practicing on crystal gazing daily.

The I got a job!!!!! WOO.  I now work at that metaphysical new age shop im always talking about!.  I was asked to work there and now i do.  I havent started yet but i do have training today!  Im super excited.  I wrote the stores site on a recent blog.  I just took pictures for them which will be posted on their site so people can get an idea of what it looks like.  Its jammed pack with stuff, i think you guys will enjoy it.  Now if someone asks i can be like "Oh crystal balls are over here"

OH and yesterday i had to be all straight and stuff and go to the Sox game with my friends.  I wanted to go because i knew i would have fun with my friends even if it is a baseball game.  However i  had a blast!  We met alot of people, ran into a couple we already knew, AND my friend Bridget and I were on the giant screen thingy!  It was really embarrassing :P  But ya i hope everyones Full Moon was awesome!  I really enjoyed it. OH and another thing, Monday i had my first online ritual with pagans from around the world.  Pretty interesting.  We were on cam in a chatroom on Stickam called Pagan Planet.  Everyone is welcome if the are respectful.  We welcome all paths and answer all questions.  :)  Great place to hang out.  Ok well many blessings to all you beautiful people out there!  Im done! :)

Hey guys!  Sorry i havent been too active on Covenspace.  I have been getting ready for school, and been defending the Pagan and Wiccan name on Youtube.  For those of you who are on youtube frequently can understand where im coming from.  Youtube is filled with a lot of hatred towards the Pagan community so i put my 2 cents here and there lol.  Anyways here is my latest video to this idiot on it named Shockawenow.  Just a quick overview he slanders the Wiccan faith and makes mean and degrading videos against Pagans, but mostly Wiccans.  He says that people are changing their religion back to christianity because of him so i made this little video, it shows my alter and storage so it could be a little interesting for you beautiful folks :D

A little backtrack, I went downtown and met with a group of pagans i have never met in person but i have met online.  They were having a Beltaine ritual at a well known occult book store.  It was very beautiful!  The High Priestess was from Nordic background we ended up finishing by Hailing Gods, Goddesses, friends, family, ancestors, everyone!  It was an amazing experience :)  Im also going to be taking my Reiki classes soon.  The HP who is in charge is really well known around the southside community over here so spending some time with her should be a pretty cool experience.

ANYWAYS Hope EVERYONE had a beautiful and Blessed Beltaine :)  and i hope people are having a great week.  Fully moon coming up!  Im thinking about doing a feline ritual, ill tell you about it in another blog.
